Pastor Hyungkyun "HK" Kim is the lead pastor at Mission Charlottesville in Charlottesville, Virginia. He was born in Busan, South Korea, and moved to Northern Virginia in 2001. The Lord blessed him with his amazing wife, Sarah, and their first son, Elias. He graduated from Liberty University for his undergraduate degree and received a Master of Divinity at Wesley Theological Seminary. 

He enjoys playing and watching basketball and football. He also enjoys eating, connecting with people, and talking about Jesus and His Kingdom. Pastor HK's heart for Charlottesville is to behold the Lamb of God in Spirit and Truth and make Jesus known through God's presence.
